Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Puerto Rico & Hawaii: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or from your account dashboard.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, email us at support@eveluskin.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eveluskin.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, please note that estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description. Your payment will be processed immediately, and the item will be shipped once available.
